I grew up in Uganda, left to study the IB at the Aga Khan Academy, and went on to Trinity College in Connecticut. What followed took me further than I ever planned: study abroad at the LSE, an internship at a Google-funded startup in London, and years exploring what an ambitious education could open up.

After that, I returned to teaching as an Academy Fellow and Head of Residence at the Aga Khan Academy in Mombasa, then as a Teacher at Deerfield Academy in Massachusetts.

I started Learners Edge Africa because I know what it feels like to be an East African student who doesn’t quite know what’s possible. My job is to help your child figure that out, and then go after it.
